Gatebox Inc. and Gugenka® have entered an alliance agreement to develop an application to make the digital figure service, “HoloModels™,” adapted to “Gatebox.” Through this alliance, popular characters from various works such as Emilia and Rem in “Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World” can be enjoyed in “Gatebox” as digital figures.

This agreement has been concluded as Gugenka®’s participation in “Gatebox Business Partner Program” that Gatebox operates, and the two companies will jointly explore the possibilities of utilizing “Gatebox” in the digital figure field.

HoloModels™’s “Gatebox” features

”HoloModels™” operated by Gugenka®, which is a cross device application that adds poses and expressions on digital figures, and shows AR/VR/MR on smartphones and VR devices as if the characters really exist in actual or virtual space. So far, popular characters from various works, such as Emilia and Rem from “Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World,” were turned into digital figures.

This time, by using the very realistic interface of the character summoning system “Gatebox,” various characters are summoned in “Gatebox” as digital figures enabling users to have an enjoyable experience looking at the characters as part of interior design. In the “Gatebox Premiere Trial Session” ( ), the below characters are scheduled to be exhibited, taken from characters that appear in HoloModels™.
